Terms & Conditions:

  1. All the details relating to purchases and sales are to be shared in the format provided by taxvax.
  2. A minimum subscription of 3 months is to be purchased at initial engagement.
  3. If any tax is payable, we will promptly intimate you. GSTR 3B can only be filed upon successful payment of all dues.

GST Return filing in India is mandatory for a person or business:
  1. Having a valid GST number has to compulsorily file the GST returns.
  2. Whose annual turnover is crossing Rs. 40 lakh (Rs.20 lakh in the cases of Special states) has to obtain a GST registration and file the GST returns mandatorily.
  1. GSTR 1: The 11th of Subsequent of that month
  2. GSTR 3B: The 20th of that subsequent month
  3. GSTR 4: 18th of the month succeeding the quarter.
  4. GSTR 9: 31st December of the Fiscal year.
  5. GSTR 10: Within 3 months of the date of cancellation or the date of cancellation order whichever is earlier.
